Leather Realm serves as a gateway to connect people with the local clubs and organizations that best their individual needs and desires. The list below includes groups we are aware of and that are currently active. Its is by no means a complete list as the San Diego Community is very large and diverse. Affirming Therapy Center
Affirming Therapy Center (ATC) in San Diego, a group private practice with a team of sex-positive clinicians who specialize in relationship therapy, sex therapy, BDSM/Kink, and non-monogamy, and proudly serve people within our GSRD community.” Embarking on a journey to explore your sexual expressions, possibilities, and interests, a journey to explore yourself, can feel overwhelming. It is a path that requires dedication, truth, and perhaps most importantly, courage.
All Tied Up San Diego
We bring a unique community offering interactive hybrid-online/in-person educational programs that helps progressive, open-minded individuals, and couples increase connection and communication, while learning how to tie or be tied.
Club Safeword
A member's only club for sexually minded individuals who have an active involvement in the adult lifestyle. We host meet and greets and private play events that are more adult-oriented to experiment and explore a more inhibitious nature. We welcome newbies and veterans in this lifestyle to join in the fun.
Club X San Diego
We are a pansexual fun-loving, caring, well-adjusted, educated, focused, and dedicated organization serving our community. Club X also meets monthly for educational workshops and demonstrations along with various social events so that our members can become better acquainted and share ideas and to create a sense of community within its members.
Desire / Ravage
DESIRE/Ravage is dedicated to enhancing BDSM education, with workshops and personalized mentoring throughout the weekend. It is a place for kinky Women, Genderqueer, Gender Variant/Expansive, and Trans Folx of all sexualities, identities, and presentations to socialize and connect with each other. Join us for our upcoming Munches and annual kinky paradise retreat.

The San Diego GSRD Therapist Forum
The San Diego GSRD Therapist Forum is loose-knit network of local Mental Health and Intimacy Professionals whose work focuses on and affirms Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD). “GSRD moves beyond LGBT to include polyamory, consenting non-monogamous relationships, Kink and BDSM.”
Honey's Ageplay Munch
We are a local North County/San Diego Ageplay munch that meets on the 4th Thursday of every month. Honey's Munch is a queer friendly, gender diverse group that promotes education about the Ageplay community and brings like minded kinksters interested in Ageplay together in a safe space.
An All-Inclusive Weekend “Unconference” Event.
A spin-off of GRUE, Kinky Things (link) calls upon attendees to make the event the kind of conference they want it to be. Rather than pre-selected presenters and classes, all attendees are given the opportunity to share and teach each other the things they are passionate about. It’s a self-organizing process where people can help each other learn and grow as players, kinksters, and people.
Lambda Archive of San Diego. The mission of the Lambda Archives of San Diego is to collect, preserve, and share the history of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people in San Diego, Northern Baja California, and the Imperial County region.
San Diego Bad Intentions
Bad intentions was started to continuously support the Southern California Femdom Community by providing a safe space for our parties. Our parties are quarterly with elaborate themes such as Moulin Rouge, Mythical goddess and woodland creatures, our ball in "Indecency in the regency". We also host monthly munches on every second Sunday.
San Diego Bears
Bears San Diego is a club for bears and bear fanciers. We are based in San Diego, California, but we have members throughout the United States, and even a few are from overseas. Join us at BearQuake 2024, October 17-20, celebrating 30 years of Community fun and service.

SAN Bookblacks is a group of present and former bootblacks, as well as those interested in Bootblacking, or seeking a Bootblack. This group is for educating and mentoring up and coming bootblacks or gathering to socials, functions, and fundraisers where bootblacks may be needed.
